Returns & Refunds

Hand-dyed yarn is photographed as accurately as possible, but colours vary between screens and monitors. Tonal variation between skeins is also natural and expected. If something isn’t right, please reach out. Whether it’s a concern about your order, a question about colour, or something that arrived not quite as expected, contact us first. Most things can be resolved with a conversation, and we would rather find a solution than have you unhappy with your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted for Canadian orders only. International orders are final sale, with the exception of items that arrive defective or incorrect.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, yarn must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Yarn that has been wound or balled by the buyer is final sale and not eligible for return. Clearance and sale items are final sale.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and must include a tracking number. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order arrived with a defect or we made an error, we will cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will be in touch within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible at knottyinnanoose@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
