Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Nanoose Bay, British Columbia, typically within 3 business days of purchase.
Canada
We offer three shipping options for Canadian orders.
Lettermail is available for orders of one or two skeins at $6 for one skein and $8 for two skeins. Lettermail is untracked and uninsured. Items shipped via lettermail are sent at the buyer’s risk — KiN cannot be responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. If you would prefer tracking, please select the flat rate option at checkout.
Flat rate tracked shipping is $15 CAD for all other orders and is shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number provided at time of shipment.
Free shipping applies to all Canadian orders over $200 CAD. Tracked shipping only.
Local Delivery and Pickup
Free local delivery is available for orders of $100 CAD or more within postal codes V9P and V9K, covering Nanoose Bay, Lantzville, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, and the Errington/Coombs area. We will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Local studio pickup from Nanoose Bay is also available by arrangement at no charge, with no minimum order. United States
Due to uncertainty with current US tariffs policy, we do not offer direct US orders at this time. If you are a US based customer and wish to make a purchase, please contact us to see if we can fulfill it. This will be subject to change if tariff policy becomes more settled. Thank you for your understanding.
International
We do not offer international sales currently. If you are an international customer and interested in purchasing our yarns, please contact us to see if options are available.
Processing and Delivery
Canadian delivery times are typically 3 to 10 business days from shipment date, though Canada Post timelines can vary. International orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks depending on destination. KiN cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a parcel has left our studio.
